It's a shame this wasn't too grand. I agree totally with MasterAardvark about the writing. I've only seen a couple of their skits, but I love Peep Show (one of the best random buys I've ever made, now if only BBCA would show it), so this was an extra shame. Looking forward to your next piece, though.

I thought it was funny though. Not the same style of humor you normally do but really good work anyways.
Aside from the last phrase at the end this was not really funny imo.
The other two clips you've done for BBC that used your own script were far better.
I know you said you didn't enjoy it but youv'e done a really good job of it, and to have it voiced by peep shows finest is something else. Well it would be if I had done it, but i'm not sure where you are on the fame scale due to my general ignornace.

It wasn't completely terrible. I did laugh at the specters in the beginning, and forcing the appraiser into them. That's it though. The only gag gets drawn out for the whole short. I love dry humor, but it needed something else. Not your style, sir. Hope you got some cash out of it, at the very least. I did watch the Guitar hero Beatles thing! That was priceless!! Can hardly wait for whatever you're cooking up next.

I can't think why the BBC would have got this Chris Reddy guy to write it. Both Mitchell and Webb's writing and your own are much stronger than that, and if it's being done as an animation why not write a script which utilises it? Why, through the magical power of animation, your story can be set in places film can only dream of. Like Devon, but in the future!
